NanoSight microscope

NanoSight microscope

The NanoSight microscope with "Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis" (NTA) detects and visualizes populations of nanoparticles in liquids and measures the particle size, concentration, zeta potential and aggregation.

NanoSight can visualize measure and characterize virtually all nanoparticles for nano-drugs, virus like particles, viral vaccines, protein aggregations, bacteriophage, and toxicology study.

Size: Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis (NTA) measures the Brownian motion of nanoparticles and the speed of nanoparticles are recorded by video. The hydrodynamic diameter can be determined by conversion of the speed of Brownian motion.

Particle aggregation can influence a range of parameters such as the efficacy of a therapeutic product, the degree to which it disperses in the body and the biological response to the product. Nanosight can measure the aggregates over time. Concentration (number of nanoparticles/ml) of nanoparticles can be determined.
